Michael A. Cibik
Michael A. Cibik received a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University (Chemical Engineering) in 1966, an MBA (Marketing) from the University of Delaware in 1972, a Juris Doctorate from Delaware Law School of Widener University in 1976, and a Masters in Law (Taxation) from Temple Law School in 1981.
Mr. Cibik is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the U.S. Tax Court. He is also a U.S. Bankruptcy Court Panel 7 Trustee. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce.
For over 15 consecutive years, Mr. Cibik has been certified by The American Board of Certification and is privileged to be among the 88 first-class attorneys selected nationwide in Consumer Bankruptcy Law and Business Bankruptcy Law. Mr. Cibik also has a Pennsylvania real estate broker's license and a commercial pilot's license. His other professional affiliations and memberships include the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, the Membership Committee of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the American Arbitration Association Commercial Panel, the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, and the Union League of Philadelphia.

Michael A. Cataldo obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Villanova University in 1984 and a Juris Doctorate from Temple Law School in 1987. Mr. Cataldo is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, is a member of Philadelphia Bar Association and the Eastern District Bankruptcy Conference. He has been certified by The American Bankruptcy Institute in Commercial and Consumer Bankruptcy.

LeeAnne O. Huggins obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1999. She is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
